My names Jake; I love love Rugby...and I love the gym...so it's like I was born to do this job.
In the last decade I have completed an undergraduate degree (BSc Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage) and a postgraduate degree (MSc Sports Conditioning) at Cardiff Metropolitan University...finishing both with First Class Honours.
Playing for multiple Rugby teams and combining my studies with a deep interest in the gym, I was inspired to start my coaching business.
I am all about making the most progress possible...but I don't let it consume my clients (or my own) life. I know how important it is to take breaks and have fun alongside your training. The balance between the two is where the best results are.

I understand that performance isn't everything for everyone, any programme that gets you stronger, fitter and faster will get you looking better - but if you have some specific requests, going for a personalised option will always be the best!
The first few years of my training were dedicated to "physique" or "bodybuilding" style training, so I love working with athletes that also want to look better.
All workouts are provided through my training app. You will be able to see every exercise, set, rep, schedule clearly laid out!
You can track your progress with each exercise so that you know exactly what you hit previously - and where to aim for each week.
The app also includes built-in nutritional guidance and a messaging option so that you can be supported.
We are all "athletes" if you are exercising to improve and progress...so in short - YES
